15 qualified B2B leads in 90 days. Or I work free.
For machine builders, dealers, integrators and industrial software companies. I build the website, the content, the search and the follow-up that turn engineers' research into quote requests, and I count every one in your own analytics.

The stand starts the conversation. Your website decides who gets the quote.
This week, more than sixteen thousand people walk through five halls at Inter Expo Center. You shake hands, swap cards, and promise to send a quote. On Friday the stand comes down. On Monday the real question starts: which of those conversations becomes an order?
Most of the decision happens after the expo, at a desk. The engineer you met goes back to the office and checks you out. They read your website, compare you with two or three others, and decide who gets the RFQ. By the time they call, most of the choice is made.
That is not a feeling. It is what engineers say when they are asked.
Half of Bulgarian manufacturers are invisible online. That is your opening.
On Wednesday the machine-building chamber hosts a panel on the industry's competitiveness. Here is a number that belongs in that room. Bulgaria has the lowest share of companies with a website in the European Union. Among manufacturers, just over half have one. Only a third have one in two or more languages.
If your buyers sit in Stuttgart, Vienna or Bucharest, they search in their own language. They find whoever answered them in it.
The upside is simple. In most Bulgarian industrial niches, page one is held by a handful of thin catalogue sites. You do not have to beat fifty strong competitors. You have to be clearer than five weak ones.
205 exhibitors, three kinds of company, one shared problem.
I went through all 205 companies in this year's catalogue. About half are Bulgarian dealers and local offices of foreign brands: Mazak, Okuma, KUKA, Fanuc, Fronius, Iscar. About 25 are Bulgarian makers and integrators. The rest are foreign manufacturers, from a full Czech pavilion to laser makers from China who now exhibit direct.
They sell very different things. They lose leads in the same place: between the handshake and the RFQ.
- Win the local searches: brand plus Bulgaria, service, spare parts, financing
- Show your principal how many leads the territory produced
- Stand out from makers who now sell direct
- Capability pages: machine list, materials, tolerances, certificates
- English and German versions that rank where the buyers are
- An RFQ form that takes a drawing, not just a name
- Application pages and case studies for each industry you serve
- Demo bookings tracked to the deal
- Being named when buyers ask an AI assistant for a shortlist
Notice what is missing from that list: slogans. Engineers want specs as text, real lead times, drawings and proof. Most Bulgarian industrial websites bury that in a PDF, or leave it out.
One number, written down before we start.
Most agencies promise effort: posts written, reports sent. That is a promise to look busy. Mine is written against your pipeline, the same way a quality certificate is written against a drawing.
Fifteen qualified B2B leads in the first ninety days, counted in your own analytics and CRM. If day ninety comes in under fifteen, I keep working and you stop paying until we cross it. There is no contract. You can leave in week six and keep everything.

- A quote request or RFQ, with or without a drawing
- A booked demo or site visit
- A tracked sales call from the website

- Only from a company that fits your customer profile
Does not count
- Job applications and students
- Suppliers and agencies pitching you
- Spam, bots and duplicate submissions
- Traffic, rankings, impressions or likes
Ninety days run like a production line.
Every company goes through the same seven stations in the same order. Research and fixes happen in the first weeks, so the results have time to land inside the ninety days. You see each station finish in your monthly report.

5Inspect
We count qualified leads against 15, in your analytics, with your sales team. Under 15, I keep working and you stop paying.
6Compound
More pages, more languages, more markets. The pages that already rank climb further, and the monthly report keeps the score.
Twelve services. All of them in every plan.
There is no starter tier with half the tools missing, because half a campaign does not hit the number. Every plan gets all twelve services. What changes between plans is the size of the job: how many pages, how many markets, how many competitors to outrank.
Tracking and CRM setup
GA4, Tag Manager, call tracking and lead source fields in your CRM, so sales can see where every RFQ came from.
Monthly reporting
One page a month: leads by source, what changed, what is next. Written for the owner, not for marketers.
Conversion optimisation
Shorter forms, drawing upload, clear quote buttons, faster mobile pages. More of the visitors you already have become leads.

Social media managementNEW
Your LinkedIn company page and founder posts, plus short videos of machines and jobs that buyers actually watch.
Digital PR and trade press
Industry directories, association listings, trade media and press releases that give Google and AI something to cite.
What the build looks like
For a maker, the page that sells is not the homepage. It is the capability page an engineer lands on from a search like "5 axis machining Bulgaria": what you can make, to what tolerance, how fast, with which certificates, and a form that takes a drawing.
For a dealer it is the brand and service page. For an integrator it is the application page with a real case and a demo button. I write them with your engineers, design them, build them, and track every submission.

| Working envelope | 650 × 520 × 400 mm |
| Tolerance | ± 0.01 mm |
| Certificates | ISO 9001 |

A hardware sale with a long research phase.

A rebuild that gained traffic instead of losing it.

Organic buyers who reach the checkout.

Paid search that paid back.
Different industry, same line.
Also on the client list: Payhawk (in-house, Bulgaria's first unicorn), HEC Solar, Scopic, Blueberry Software, REINNO, Volts, Overland Minerals, Houston Pump & Gear, Skip Shapiro Enterprises, SketchList 3D.
All case studies ›You pay for the size of the job, not for a feature list.
A 15 page site with one product line is not the same job as a 300 page catalogue sold in six countries. Two things set the price: how many pages your website has or needs, and how many serious competitors stand between you and page one.
Find your square on the chart. On the call we count both together, so you are never guessing.

You will be dealing with me.

I am Max Lezginov, and I live in Sofia. For six years I have grown companies through search: in-house at Payhawk and at Scopic, then as a consultant for ITCE in Sofia Tech Park, Alcatraz AI in the US and more than fifty businesses across Europe, North America and the Gulf.
Not an account manager, not a junior, not somebody in another time zone working off a script. I take a small number of companies at a time so I can run each one properly.
Call or text +359 89 705 1059 and I will come to your stand.
Pick a time. Thirty minutes.
I look at your website, your competitors and what your buyers search, then tell you the number I think I can hit and what it costs. You keep the plan either way.
