Seven companies. One line. Every number from their own analytics.
Security tech, SaaS, IT services, e-commerce and two private practices. Different buyers, the same seven stations, measured the same way. Swipe for the headline, scroll for the method.

A hardware sale with a long research phase.

A rebuild that gained traffic instead of losing it.

Organic buyers who reach the checkout.

Paid search that paid back.
Different industry, same line.
From nothing countable to 821 inquiries.
Forms from search up 40% in 90 days, and a new channel from AI assistants.
Where they started
In May, AI assistants mentioned ITCE three or four times in total, and the organic baseline recorded 7 AI assistant users with no key events. Search Console was disconnected from the sitemap, and lead actions were not tracked the same way on the English and Bulgarian sites.
What I did, station by station
- Station 1 · MeasureSearch Console reconnected to the sitemap, and lead actions tracked on both the English and Bulgarian sites.
- Station 2 · DiagnoseCritical technical fixes, and the ServiceNow pages consolidated into one hub at /servicenow-consulting/.
- Station 3 · Build849 page titles and 531 descriptions rewritten. 652 vague links rewritten and 214 new links pointing to the priority pages.
- Station 4 · DistributeAI crawlers allowed, clearer page structure, Google Business Profile rebuilt, and 91 more websites linking to ITCE.
- Station 5 · Inspect90 days against 90 days in GA4, Organic Search plus AI Assistant only, with the summer slowdown working against us.
Organic conversions more than tripled in a year.
Where they started
A technical hardware and software product with a long research phase. Buyers compare readers, integrations and privacy rules for months before they ask for a demo, so search has to answer those questions first.
What I did, station by station
- Station 2 · DiagnoseSEO research into the searches security and facilities buyers make before a demo.
- Station 3 · BuildA 25 page site revamp, planned around the searches buyers actually make.
- Station 4 · DistributeA blog built from the questions buyers ask before they talk to sales.
- Station 5 · InspectOrganic conversions in GA4 after 12 months: more than three times the starting level.
A site rebuild that tripled traffic instead of losing it.
Where they started
A rebuild is where most companies lose their rankings: URLs change, pages disappear, and months of search history go with them. Self Inspection was rebuilding its site and needed search planned in from the start.
What I did, station by station
- Station 2 · DiagnoseSearch structure and page targets planned before the redesign, not after launch.
- Station 5 · InspectOrganic traffic in GA4 seven months later: more than three times the starting level.
Organic visitors who reach the cart: up 83% year on year.
Where they started
A busy store with paid social doing a lot of the heavy lifting. The goal for search was more buyers, not more browsers: people who add to cart and start a checkout.
What I did, station by station
- Station 1 · MeasureOrganic traffic compared year on year in GA4, same five months, so seasonality cancels out.
- Station 2 · FixErrors found and fixed across the store, then site-wide on-page and technical SEO updates.
- Station 3 · BuildEvery product page optimised, and the store's content written and managed.
- Station 5 · InspectOrganic search users +41%, organic add-to-cart +83%, organic checkouts started +51%, while paid search users fell 32%.
177 conversions in one quarter at $15.77 each.
Where they started
A B2B SaaS product sold to hiring managers and recruiters, where a wasted click is expensive and the buying team is small.
What I did, station by station
- Station 3 · BuildGoogle Ads campaigns aimed at teams hiring engineers, measured on conversions rather than clicks.
- Station 5 · Inspect177 conversions in the quarter at $15.77 per conversion, counted in Google Ads.
23 patient inquiries in a year. Then 140.
Where they started
A practice built on a 40-year-old local name, competing with chains and big-agency clients. The owners wanted steady organic growth, not a paid spike.
What I did, station by station
- Station 1 · MeasureGA4, Tag Manager, Search Console and Semrush installed; booking, form, call and map clicks tracked.
- Station 2 · DiagnoseKeyword and competitor research, then a full sitemap and URL restructure with redirects.
- Station 3 · BuildHomepage and 9 core pages rewritten, about 30 more pages rewritten, a full website redesign.
- Station 4 · DistributeAbout 20 blog articles, Google Business Profile, citations and backlinks, and a press campaign with 484 placements.
- Station 5 · InspectKey events 23 → 140, total visitors +205%, organic users +237%, year two against year one.
Big agencies follow sort of a cookie-cutter method, selling you a pre-packaged product. We were looking for someone who could help us translate what our authentic message is.Dr. Randeep Sidhu, Kraja & Sidhu Dental · from his video testimonial, published with permission · watch on YouTube
Zero countable inquiries. Then 821.
Where they started
Before we started, nothing on the website counted calls, forms or bookings. The practice had no way of knowing whether the number was zero.
What I did, station by station
- Station 1 · MeasureTracking installed for booking requests, completed forms and phone calls.
- Station 3 · Build6 core service pages rebuilt, 10 new pages, 8 blog articles and a blog section built from scratch.
- Station 4 · DistributeGoogle Business Profile rebuilt for a 10-mile service area, organic review generation, and a press campaign with 960+ placements.
- Station 5 · InspectVisitors 185 → 23,487 and 821 tracked inquiries in 15 months.
